Delivery & Returns

Delivery 

Ruth & Joanna sells and supplies to the whole of the EU, Switzerland and Norway. Deliveries are done in cooperation with various Transport Companies. The delivery time is stated in the shopping cart next to the various ways of delivery. 

Products in stock are shipped within 1-5 business days. Products not in stock have a delivery time of 12-14 weeks. The deliveries are always delivered to your home address or the address you entered as the shipping address.

We use different Transport companies for the delivery of your product depending on your location. Delivery normally takes place on weekdays between 8 am to 5 pm. Please note that the delivery time stated on the website is preliminary.

Within Stockholm area

  • Your product will be carried inside your apartment/house by Sun-Com Logistics
  • Smaller packages will be sent as Parcels to your nearest distribution point

Rest of Sweden and EU

  • Curbside or to nearest Gate or Driveway
  • Smaller packages will be sent as Parcels to your nearest distribution point

As a customer you will be notified by phone by the carrier the days before delivery for more information about delivery day and time. For questions regarding delivery, please contact info@ruthjoanna.com

Unclaimed packages

Unclaimed packages will be returned to us. For all unclaimed packages you will be debited all fees in connection with the return delivery.

Returning products

Returning a product is to be done on your expense. Returned products are to be sent as postal packages.

Return Policy

Ruth & Joanna Design AB return period is 14 days.

Ruth & Joanna Design AB shall, if under the jurisdiction of our return policy, refund you what you have paid for the product as soon as possible, but latest within 30 days of the product being returned. You are obliged to pay for the return delivery of the product.

In your message to us you must clearly state that you regret your purchase. The return period is counted from the day you received the purchased product. If you have purchased a customized product -or a product with a significant personal customization there is no opportunity to cancel or return your purchase.

Products with a significant personal customization:

  • All products that are “Made to Order”. If you are unsure if your product is “Made to Order” please contact us on info@ruthjoanna.com

When returning a product

If you want to return a product, the customer pays the shipping cost back. Please note that the product should be unused and with all labels left. Refund for the returned item is made to the original buyer’s payment method after the return has been received and approved by us. Shipping cost is not refunded. Ruth & Joanna is not responsible for any shipping damage on return shipment, therefore return well packed.

Transport damage

In case of broken goods when you receive the product from the Transport company please let us know within 3 days. It is important that you thoroughly check your package for damage when you receive it. If the product is damaged, save the damaged packaging to be able to make a complaint to the Transport company.
